- You need 1 cup of roasted vermicelli.
- It’s 250 gm of milk.
- You need 1 spoon of desi ghee.
- It’s 5-6 of thread saffron.
- You need 6 of almonds.
- It’s 6 of pistachios.
- You need 2 spoon of grated coconut.
- It’s 4-5 drops of rose water.
- It’s 50 gm of sugar.

- Take a pan and add one tbs deshi ghee and roast vermicelli till the golden brown..then keep aside the roasted vermicelli…
- Take a pan and pour the milk…when milk become some thik then add saffron, almonds,pistachio, coconut and Sugar..after 5 minutes add vermicelli and stire continiously…
- When the Burfi mixture become thik,..off the flame..take a tray or box.grease it and pour the mixture in the box…
- Spread some drifruits on the Burfi…let it cool down for one hour….
