Vermicelli Sweet Cup step by step

  1. Heat ghee in a pan,add vermicelli.Roadt for 2 minutes.Add sugar and 2 tbsp water.Mix well and put off flame..
  2. Take a muffin mould and grease all cups.Pur 2 tbsp vermicelli in each cup and press to form a cup like structure..
  3. Keep the mould infridge for 30 minutes..
  4. Meanwhile prepare the custard sauce.Heat milk and add custard powder,boil and stir continuously the mixture to avoid lumping.Add sugar..
  5. When sauce is thick,put off flame and let it cool..
  6. Now vermicelli cups are set,put some fruit cubes and dry fruits in each cup.Pour 2 tbsp custard sauce in each cups..
  7. Garnish with dry fruits.Serve chilled..
