  2. You need 3 cups of water.
  3. You need 1 of onion.

  7. Prepare 10 of beans (chopped).
  8. It’s 2 tbspn of ghee.

Vermicelli Egg Pulav instructions

  1. Keep all ingredients ready. Heat ghee in a pan add whole spices, green chillies and onions..
  2. Add carrot, beans, mint and coriander leaves. Saute for few minutes and add tomato..
  3. Add salt and water. Cover and cook 5 minutes. When veggies are half done add the roasted Vermicelli. (Incase using the normal Vermicelli roast in ghee first and then add.).
  4. Meanwhile take a bowl crack open the eggs and add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder..
  5. Beat and scramble in a separate pan adding little oil..
  6. After the Vermicelli is done add the scrambled eggs and toss everything together. Garnish with coriander leaves..
