- Add sugar and water in a vessel and boil until all the sugar dissolves..
- In a kadai take ghee and heat it..
- Add roasted vermicelli and mix well..
- Then add sugar syrup and mix well. Stir and bring it to boil..
- Lower the heat, cover the pan and let it cook till softened..
- When about half of the water dries up add raisins cashewnuts and almonds and stir gently..
- When it comes to semi dry consistency take off the flame..
- Add cardamom powder and mix well..
