Ingredients of Carrot Vermicelli

  1. You need 1/4 cup of vermicelli.
  2. It’s 1 of carrot (grated).
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of sugar.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
  5. Prepare 3/4 cup of milk.
  6. It’s 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
  7. It’s 2-3 of sliced almonds.
  8. It’s 2-3 of sliced pistachio.

Carrot Vermicelli instructions

  1. Heat ghee & saute vermicelli till it becomes pink. Then add grated carrot & milk, mix properly..
  2. Then pressure cook it for 2 whistles..
  3. Remove it from cooker, add sugar & saute again, saute till all watery part evaporated and it loosen sides of vessel..
  4. Add cardamom powder, almonds and pistachio. Mix well and turn off heat..
  5. Can serve hot or cold..
