Ingredients of Vermicelli Idli
- It’s 1 cup of roasted vermicelli.
- You need 1 cup of curd.
- It’s 2 tbsp of suji.
- It’s 1 cup of roasted cashewnuts and groundnut.
- You need 1/4 cup of curry pata.
Vermicelli Idli instructions
- First roast vermicelli in pan afterwards add curd in vermicelli keep aside for 5 mins.
- Now take a pan add oil add some rai,cashewnuts,groundnuts and curry pata in it when it is done add this all mixture in vermicelli mixture add suji in it rest it for 15 mins.
- Now when it is done add in to idli mould steam it for 10 mins serve it with hung curd add ketchup in hung curd serve it hot.
