  1. Prepare of Fusilli (Already boiled).
  2. It’s of Extra Virgin Oil.
  3. You need of For The Omellete.
  4. It’s of Leek.
  5. It’s 2 of eggs.
  6. You need 2 of Potatoes (Already boiled).
  7. It’s of Salt & Pepper.
  8. Prepare of For The Sauce.
  9. It’s of Tomato Sauce.
  10. You need of Onions.
  11. You need of Garlic.
  12. It’s of Salt & Pepper.

Fusilli Omellete with Tomato Sauce instructions

  1. Boil the fusilli pasta for 10 Minutes.
  2. Crack the eggs into bowl and potatoes already boil then adding some Salt & Pepper put into same bowl (together).
  3. Cut the leek for the omellete after that put together into the eggs bowl.
  4. Then heat the pan for 5 minutes.
  5. Adding some Extra Virgin Oil.
  6. After heat for 5 minutes then put the bowl of eggs into the pan.
  7. After 5 minutes cooked, put the omellete into the plate. Then you cook the tomato sauce.
  8. Put Extra Virgin Oil again into the pan, then heat a little bit for 5 minutes.
  9. If already 5 minutes put some Tomato sauce, stir a little bit with spoon.
  10. Cooked for 10 minutes. Then adding some powder of Garlic & Onion also adding some Salt & Pepper into the pan of Tomato Sauce.
  11. Then put all together into the plate of omellete. Layers: 1) Omelette; 2) Fusilli (already boiled); 3) Tomato sauce already cooked..
  12. Finally.. you can do planting whatever you want..
