  2. It’s of Dry roast ingredients.
  3. Prepare of Almonds,Cashew, Pistachios, Oats, Peanuts,.
  4. It’s of Seasame seeds,.
  5. Prepare of flax seeds.

Protein Powder instructions

  1. Dry roast each ingredient separately and slightly..
  2. When cool pulse grind into powder.(Grind for 3 seconds stop. Again grind for 3 seconds stop. Go on grinding this way until it turns into powder.)This way ingredients will not release oil..
  3. Add milk powder for more taste..
