  1. It’s 10 of chicken drumsticks.
  2. You need of (Marinade).
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce.
  5. It’s 2 tsp of onion powder.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of honey.
  7. You need 1 tsp of pepper/paprika.
  8. It’s 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
  9. You need 1 tsp of ginger, grated (powder is fine too, I think).
  10. It’s 1 tbsp of oil.
  11. It’s 1.5 tsp of salt.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
  13. Prepare 1.5 tbsp of Oyster sauce (optional).
  14. It’s 1.5 tsp of dried thyme.
  15. Prepare of (Baste).
  16. You need 1 tbsp of honey + 1 tbsp water (mix).
  17. You need of Sesame seeds (optional).

  1. Boil water in a pot and blanch chicken for approximately 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Mix marinade in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Marinade chicken for about 2 hours in the fridge.
  4. Heat oven to 150 degree and bake chicken for 40 minutes, basting in between.
  5. Done. As simple as that. Garnish with sesame seeds if you want. If not, just skip it, not gonna make much difference 😁😂❤️.
