- It’s of ghee / clarified butter.
- It’s of mixed dry fruitschopped.

- At first in a blender add dates and blend to coarse paste without adding any water keep aside..
- Now in a pan roast flax seed for 2,3 minutes at low flame.turnoff the flame let it cool completely then grind to make fine powder..
- Now in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp ghee and add dryfruits roast on low flame for 2 minutes or till nuts turn crunchy..
- Now add poppy seeds in to this and roast for 1 minute.now add flax seed powder mix well..
- Now add in crushed dates and mix well.cook on medium flame. saute till the dates start releasing oil..
- Now turnoff flame and allow to cool little..
- Now prepare small size laddo or size make according to your choice..
- Finally, serve immediately or store dates ladoo in airtight container for a month or more..
