  9. You need 1/2 cup of white sugar.
  10. Prepare 1 of melted unsalted butter.

  1. in a pot bring to boil 1/2liter of water add vermicelli cook for about 2 min or less drain set aside..
  2. skilet on medium heat ….heat the oil add the egg mix(like cooking scrambled egg)about 1 min add the sugar combined well untill cook..
  3. bring back the vermicelli in a pan add the egg mix well add cardamom and saffron combined well and sprinkle yellow food color mix well..
  4. served hot drizzled melted butter…enjoy!!!!.
