Ingredients of Kanya 's Spring Rolls
- Prepare 2 packages of Spring rolls wrappers / 48 pieces.
- You need of stuffing.
- Prepare 1 head of Cabbage / cleaned and shredded.
- You need 2 of Chicken breast / thin sliced.
- It’s 200 grams of Minced pork.
- Prepare 5 slice of Ham / sliced.
- Prepare 1 each of Tofu / thin sliced.
- Prepare 150 grams of Vermicelli / soaked in water and cut.
- Prepare 150 grams of Bean sprout.
- You need 1 clove of Garlic / minced.
- You need 1 head of Onion / sliced.
- Prepare of seasoning.
- It’s 1 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.
- It’s 3 tbsp of Soya sauce.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
- You need 2 tbsp of Oyster sauce.
- You need 2 bunch of Spring onion / chopped.
- Prepare of eggs mixture.
- It’s 3 of Eggs / large size.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Mix black and white sesame.
- It’s 1 tsp of Corn starch.
- It’s 1 tsp of Olive oil or vegetables oil to stir fry the stuffing.
Kanya 's Spring Rolls step by step
- Make the stuffing by clean and shred cabbage , slice carrots , onion, ham, tofu,chicken , clean bean sprout , soak vermicelli in water.
- In the pan sprinkle some vegetables or olive oil , brown garlic ,and follow with chicken , minced pork , ham ,stir until meat is almost cook ,add tofu, cabbage ,carrots,stir until soft ,add seasoning ,vermicelli ,spring onion , mix well , turn heat off, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.
- Prepare eggs mixture by beat eggs , add corn starch and sesame and mix well.
- Wraps the rolls ,on a plate place one sheet of spring roll wrapper on , fill the stuffing 1 and half tbsp , and follow by pictures ,use the eggs mixture to stick the sheet ,repeat until finish.
- On deep fry 180°F .before fry dip roll into eggs mixture ,approximately 3-4 mins until golden brown ,cut half ,and serve hot with Thai chillies sauce ,enjoy :).
