Ingredients of Vermicelli Cutlets

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Vermicelli (sewaiyan).
  2. You need 2 of Potatoes boiled.
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup of Bread crumbs.
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of Peanut crushed.
  5. Prepare 2 of Green chilli chopped.
  6. You need to taste of Salt.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of Lemon juice.
  8. Prepare As needed of Oil for frying.

Vermicelli Cutlets instructions

  1. Boil the vermicelli in 2-3 cups of water for 2-3 minutes and strain the excess water and set it aside to cool..
  2. Now,add the vermicelli,mashed potatoes crushed peanuts,bread crumbs in a mixing bowl..
  3. Add green chillies,salt and lemon juice and make a dough,you can use more spices like chat masala,garam masala to increase the taste..
  4. Grease your palm with oil and make lemon sized balls and make cutlets from it in any shape as you like..
  5. Deep fry them till they turn golden brown and crispy..
  6. Serve them hot with green chutney or tomato sauce..
