Ingredients of Super Smoothie

  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of Vanilla Yogurt (or flavor of your choice).
  2. It’s 1 cup of Frozen Fruit or Berries.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of Apple Juice (or flavor of your choice).
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Flax Seed (optional).
  5. Prepare 1 of Whip Cream (optional).
  6. It’s 1 of Mint Leaves (optional).

Super Smoothie instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender or smoothie maker and blend well..
  2. Pour into glasses add dollop of whip cream and sprig of mint if desired, sip through straw..
  3. You can also freeze these into popsicles for the kids, and you 🙂 they're are healthy, refreshing treat!.
