  2. Prepare 1 can of sweet corn, drained and rinsed.

  6. It’s 1 handful of green olives, sliced.
  7. You need 1 handful of pickles, chopped.

  10. You need of Vinaigrette.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of grainy mustard.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar.
  13. It’s 2-3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
  14. Prepare 1 of small clove of garlic, minced.
  15. You need Pinch of salt and pepper.

Summer Salad instructions

  1. Combine all veggies and pour over the vinaigrette..
