  1. It’s 8 oz of fettuccine.
  2. You need 2 large of portobello mushrooms, cleaned and diced.
  3. You need 8 tbsp of butter.
  4. You need 1 cup of cream.
  5. It’s 3/4 cup of finely grated parmesan cheese.
  6. You need 2 clove of garlic, crushed.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of fresh dill.
  8. You need 1 of salt.
  9. It’s 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  10. It’s 2 can of tuna, 5 ounce each.

Mom's Tuna Casserole – Reinvented instructions

  1. Mix albacore, garlic and oil. Refrigerate for 1 hour..
  2. Start fettuccine boiling.
  3. Melt butter in a 12 inch saute pan over medium heat.
  4. Add mushrooms and saute until brown, around 8 minutes, reduce heat to low.
  5. Add cream and 1/2 cup cheese, mix well.
  6. Add albacore, mix well.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Drop cooked fetuccine in saute pan and mix well to coat evenly.
  9. Remove from heat, mix in dill and serve. Sprinkle some of the remaining cheese over each plate.
