- It’s 200 gm of paneer.
- You need 2 of chopped onion.
- Prepare 2 of green chilli.
- It’s 5-6 of garlic clove.
- It’s 1 inch of ginger chopped.
- It’s Handful of cashew.
- You need 1 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of oil.
- It’s 1 of bayleaf.
- You need 2 of green cardamom.
- Prepare 2 of cloves.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of dry mint leaves powder.
- You need 1/4 cup of curd.
- You need To taste of salt.

- Heat a pan add butter,put chop ginger,garlic,greenchillisauted a mints.T han add chopped onion &a pinch of salt sauted till it's becomes soften..
- Add cashew,sauted a while.Off the flame,cool it,then griend it to make a paste.Hai eat again a pan put 3tbsp oil, put cardamom,cinnamon,clove& bayleaf sauted..
- Now add corrienderpowder & pepperpowder sauted a while. Than add masala paste cooked nicely. Than low the flame & add curd mix it countinuously &cooked nicely..
- Than add dry mint powder mix it well& cooked 10 seconds.Now add paneer mix it well.Add a cup of water &to taste salt mix it well & cover it 5mints..
- Mint paneer is ready to serve. Garnish with mint leaf serve it with roti, chapati or puri..paratha..
- I use the mint powder on homemade.Wash mint leaves dry it on a cotten cloth,than microwave 2 mints, & mashed it on your hand.Powder is ready..
