Ingredients of Mint Rice

  1. You need 1 bowl of washed Mint leaves.
  2. It’s 1/4 bowl of washed Coriander leaves.
  3. Prepare 1 inch of Ginger.
  4. You need 4-5 of garlic cloves.
  5. It’s 4 of Green chilli.
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  7. It’s 10-12 of Cashew nuts.
  8. It’s 6-7 of Black pepper corns.
  9. You need 2 of dry red chilli.
  10. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of ghee.
  12. It’s 1 of bay leaf.
  13. It’s 2 of green cardamom.
  14. Prepare 1 of Cinnamon stick.

Mint Rice step by step

  1. Add all the green vegetables into mixer jar and make a fine smooth puree of it..
  2. Heat ghee into pan add cumin seeds let's splutters them then add dry red chilli, bay leaf, papercorn, green cardamom, cinemon stick.saute for few seconds. Than add onion and saute.
  3. Add cashew nuts and fry till it's light golden colour. Than add mint puree into the pan and fry till it's release their oil..
  4. Now add cooked rice, mix well add salt and lemon juice.fry for 1-2 min..
  5. Make a good mix. Now it's done garnish with some fried cashews and fresh mint leaves. Serve it hot..
