- You need 1 bowl of washed Mint leaves.
- It’s 1/4 bowl of washed Coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 inch of Ginger.
- You need 4-5 of garlic cloves.

- Prepare to taste of Salt.

Mint Rice step by step
- Add all the green vegetables into mixer jar and make a fine smooth puree of it..
- Heat ghee into pan add cumin seeds let's splutters them then add dry red chilli, bay leaf, papercorn, green cardamom, cinemon stick.saute for few seconds. Than add onion and saute.
- Add cashew nuts and fry till it's light golden colour. Than add mint puree into the pan and fry till it's release their oil..
