Ingredients of Orange rasam

  1. You need 1 cup of Orange.
  2. You need 1 spoon of coconut Oil.

  4. It’s 1/4 spoon of jeera(cumin) seeds.
  5. It’s 1 sprig of curry leaves.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder (optional).
  7. You need 1 piece of Jaggery.
  8. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  9. You need 1/4 spoon of asafoetida.
  10. Prepare 1 of bedagi chilli.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder /green chilli.
  12. Prepare 1/2 litre of water.

Orange rasam recipe is one of the interesting and tasty rasam varieties. I buy Kamala orange or mosambi for Raksha as she loves both. But we all consume it as a fruit more than just drinking its juice. Orange rasam flavoured with orange peel.
